Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Items purchases from our Clearance Centre are Final Sale & non-refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

*Special Orders are non-refundable and may be subjected to an additional shipping & handling fee.


Shipping

We ship to Canada & The USA. only.  Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to the USA.
All shipments to the USA are subject to a $50 handling fee to cover customs and duties.

All orders received are processed and shipped within 24 hrs (2 Business days) unless otherwise indicated. If applicable, Free Shipping may be offered during checkout. These orders take up to a week to arrive. If you need your order faster you should select the expeditied shipping option or pickup from store.

You will be notified via email and provided tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Gift Cards are shipped next business day via Canada Post Express and usually arrive within 2 business days.

Payments

We currently use PayPal for online purchases. We want you to order with confidence and peace of mind knowing that your credit card number and details remain secure and private. Paypal no longer requires you to setup a Paypal account.

Taxes

All Orders are shipped from our head office in Mississauga Ontario.
Orders shipped within Ontario are subject to 13% HST. Orders shipped to all other provinces in Canada are charged  5% HST.
USA customers are not charged tax but may be charged applicable State taxes at time of delivery. 

*Special Orders: Requests for product where we have to "Special Order" it from our suppliers as it may not be something we have in store or normally stock.
